Oven Potatoes


These make a great side dish and the variations in spices make it a compliment to almost anything!

15-20 small-medium RED potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp seasoning (Forrest Herb Mix (pictured), rosemary, garlic salt, steak seasoning, etc)
salt

-Slice potatoes into wedges. Place in 9x13 pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Stir potatoes around to make sure they are all coated evenly with spice, oil, and salt. Bake uncovered at 400 for 45-60 minutes depending on how crisp you like them (I like them crunchier so I tend to cook them closer to 60 minutes).
-Add additional salt to taste if necessary and enjoy! Also if you find you'd prefer more spice flavor, add an extra tsp. of seasoning next time.
