This is my favorite french toast recipe. The high milk to egg ratio works great for homemade bread. My french toast used to be so "dry," but with the below recipe nice and moist!
Dipping mixture (for 1 loaf of bread):
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 heaping TBS flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
-Top cooked french toast with maple syrup, fresh fruit, toasted pecans, etc.
