BBQ Chicken Salad

This is a recreation of Cheesecake Factory's' BBQ Chicken Salad.  Feel free to add additional ingredients that sound good to you...I'm all about LOTS of toppings with my lettuce!

Salad:
Romaine lettuce
Cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese
1 c. white or yellow corn
1 c. black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tomatoes, diced
2 c. tortilla strips
3 c. chopped grilled chicken

Crispy Onions (can be found on Salad Dressing aisle)

optional: chives, cucumber, sprouts

BBQ ranch Dressing:
1 c. homemade ranch
3 TBS BBQ sauce
1 TBS fresh lemon or lime juice
