I can't believe how many bananas my family goes through in a week. And with this new recipe we are going through even more!
This cookie requires only TWO ingredients!!! Mashed bananas and oats...How simple is that? These are a dense healthy cookie that makes a great snack. You can also stir in any add-ins you want.
Makes 12 cookies
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed (defrosted bananas work well too)
1 cup quick oats
-GREASE baking sheat with olive oil or cookies will STICK like CRAZY!!!
-Combine ingredients (and any add-ins below if desired). Drop by tablespoon or cookie scoop and flatten slightly with fingers.
-Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
Optional Add-ins (approx 1/2 cup):
Cinnamon
craisings
almonds
pecans
shredded coconut
