I've been making these a lot lately. My husband and I love them. Toasted or not they are delicious!
Whole Grain bread
Spread with Fresh basil pesto OR olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Sliced Garden Tomatoes
Provolone Cheese (on top or underneath of tomatoes-view pic. for difference)
Freshly Ground Pepper
Fresh basil (I like A LOT)
