I LOVE Pink Lady Apples (sometimes called Pink Crisp). I'm rather a picky apple eater and although these are generally more expensive they are definitely worth it. Crisp and sweet and tart all at the same time... So if you've never had one, make sure you pick some up on your next grocery trip.
Honeycrisp. There is no apple in this world except honeycrisps for me :-)
