Browned Zucchini with Parmesan


In large saute pan carmelize:
1/4 yellow or sweet vidalia onion with 2 TBS olive oil
Add:
2 TBS Cream
2-3 Sliced Zucchini

-Cook on high heat for about 3-5 minutes (don't over cook or zucchini gets soggy). until some of the sides begin to brown.
-Remove from heat, season with freshly ground pepper and salt
-Top with parmesan (or pecorino romano) cheese and serve immediately. Yum!
