Fresh Tomato Salsa

1 10 oz can Rotel (mild) diced tomatoes with lime/cilantro
2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
1/4 of a purple onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 jalepeno pepper, diced (remove seeds and ribs unless you want spicy!)
1 TBS fresh lime juice
Add tabasco or cayenne until "Hot" for you taste.
salt to taste
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (if you like cilantro!)

-For a quick, smoother salsa, use a food processor (or blender-but when you use a blender salsa will not look very red)
-Serve with your favorite corn chips
