Homemade Baked Corn Chips

This is of course more work than buying corn chips but fun to do once in awhile. They taste VERY delicious. I love dipping them in fresh salsa or even eating them plain. They may look a little burnt, but they don't taste that way.

Corn tortillas
Olive oil
salt

-Cut corn tortillas into triangles or strips. Spray 11x17 baking sheet lightly with olive oil. Lay cut tortillas onto baking sheet (single layer) and spray lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt. (do this for each additonal batch).
-Bake 350 for 15-16 minutes until lightly golden brown. Serve warm. To store, make sure chips are cool, then place in ziploc bag.
