Here's a fun idea for special occasions...mini cheeseballs! Make your favorite cheeseball recipe (recipe in picture found HERE). Then using a cookie scoop, drop cheese balls onto waxed paper, roll in hand to further smooth, then roll in pecans or other desired exterior nut/herb. Put in a decorative toothpick and serve on a platter with favorite crackers.
