Snickerdoodles

Here is my favorite snickerdoodle recipe.  If you like them chewier, lessen cooking time.  If you like them crisp bake a bit longer.


Cream Together:
1 cup butter, softened (or ½ butter ½ coconut oil or all coconut oil)
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Add:
2 ¾ cup flour (you can use white wheat)
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt

-Chill dough for one hour

-Roll cookie balls in mixture of 2 tsp cinnamon mixed with ¼ cup sugar.
-Bake 375 10-12 minutes
