This is a great healthy way to start your day--a little unconvential I know---but hearty and filling. This salad is great for any meal and is basically just a salad only using millet instead of lettuce. Cook millet according to directions, then top with raw veggies, seeds and nuts, Forrest's Dressing, and you're good to go. I like the combo of warm millet and cold veggies!
I generally use:
Millet (can also use brown rice)
diced cucumber, tomato, avacado, carrots
raw sunflower seeds/pumpkin seeds
almonds
