Mustard Maple Salmon

We love salmon at our house.  I have several excellent recipes, but it seems that my pictures never look appetizing, so I never post them.  It must be all that natural fat that oozes out of the fish!
 
Well I've decided to post them regardless of picture beauty.  If you have secrets to taking a good picture--send them my way!  This combination seems a bit gross, but trust me it is good!
 
3 TBS Dijon mustard
3 TBS maple syrup
1 TBS balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
18/ tsp freshly ground pepper
4-6 salmon fillets
-Combine marinade and marinate 20 minutes.  Grill or Bake at 400 for 25 minutes (more or less depending on fillet thickness)  For a side dish as in the picture above, you can serve this with the Summer Parsley Pasta.
