Pumpkin Pie

We love pumpkin pie at this house! My brother-in-law has the best recipe--and it is simple...


29oz can Libby's Pumpkin
-Follow recipe on back of can for 2 pumpkin pies only substitute ALL BROWN SUGAR in place of the white. Yum Yum!
-Serve with whipped cream (add a little pwd. sugar, then vanilla or maple flavoring while whipping)


Pie Crust for 2 9" pies:
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp salt
2/3 c. cold butter
4 TBS cold water
