If your diet consists of mostly refined (white) flour, making the transition to include wheat flour can be difficult. Eventually you will find a preference for wheat once you make the adjustment and refined flours will actually make you feel kind of sick, but the opposite can be true as your body gets used to the wheat flour. So two tips:
1. Use white wheat flour (it is lighter and has less of a "wheat" taste)
2. In your recipes start using 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white flour (for breads, muffins, pancakes, cookies, etc)
